Happening on Saturday 23 & Sunday 24 August at the Sydney Showground, this meow-nificent festival promises a delightful time for all ages. Meet adorable cats across dozens of breeds, enjoy jaw-dropping performances by fabulous feline stars, and learn from Australia’s top cat experts through insightful talks and demonstrations.

PETS LIFE FESTIVAL
The perfect event for all pet lovers has arrived in Newcastle!
Hunter Events Group is excited to introduce the inaugural Pets Life Festival happening on November 9th at The Station in Newcastle
We're teaming up with local animal rescue and adoption centres to give our locals the opportunity to offer support through food, toys or monetary donations and truly make a difference in the life of an animal in need.
Treat yourself and your furry friends at this family-friendly festival with a fantastic variety of pet and human market stalls. Enjoy engaging animal shows and educational talks, then get up close and cuddle some adorable farm animals at our petting zoo (Yes, grown-ups are more than welcome!) When hunger strikes, indulge in a delicious selection of food, drinks, and snacks available to purchase throughout the day.

If you'd like to meet a specific cat please make an appointment so that cat is reserved for you, otherwise please just arrive between 10AM - 4PM.

- We are all volunteers
- Please bring a cat carrier so your new friend can travel home safely (we are unable to load carriers due to them never being returned)
- Payment and adoption paperwork must be completed before you can take your new cat home
- Cats who are not yet desexed can be adopted but cannot leave until they have been desexed

The team will be at the markets with our Merchandise on sale including our custom exclusive leads, harness & collars. We will also have some pooches looking for their forever home. Come and support the team.
Cat Adoption Day
After the success of our January Cat Adoption Days we're opening the doors for another one!
If you wish to meet a specific cat please complete an application here, we will then place that cat on hold for you so nobody else can adopt: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice...
Otherwise feel free to just turn up during the day!
Things to remember:
💚 We are all volunteers, please be patient and polite
💚 Cats/kittens are not free. The adoption fee is $250 per animal
💚 Adoption fee includes desexing, microchipping, vaccination, lifetime registration
💚 If the cat you wish to adopt is desexed they can leave with you on the day so please remember your cat carrier
💚 If the cat you wish to adopt is too young to be desexed we will take a deposit and you can collect your new family member when they're ready
💚 If you are unable to make it on Mar 23 but have a specific cat you would like to meet please complete an application and we'll schedule a meet & greet for when suits you and the team

These pups were saved with the help of the SavourLife and Petbarn Rescue Challenge!
